The Jacksonville Jaguars got some good news this week when defensive end Travon Walker returned to practice after missing the last couple of games due to a knee injury.
Still, they’ll need to wait at least one more week for him to return to the field after the team ruled Walker out Friday ahead of the team’s Week 14 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts.
Jacksonville’s injury woes have stretched through the entire team this season, particularly with the team’s offensive line and secondary. Still, Jacksonville has come out on top more often than not, leading to an 8-4 start to the season.
That will continue Sunday with both offensive tackle Walker Little and safety Andrew Wingard ruled out ahead of the contest due to concussions.
While Wingard won’t play, the Jaguars should be welcoming back safety Eric Murray, who’s missed the team’s last five games with a neck injury. Murray must be activated by Saturday at 4 p.m. to play Sunday against the Colts.
Here’s the Jaguars’ latest injury updates ahead of Sunday.
