The Jacksonville Jaguars (2-1) are set to face off against the San Francisco 49ers (3-0) for the team’s second road game of the season and first of four that’ll take place out west.
The Jaguars entered Week 4 with numerous players nursing injuries, and had a late addition to the report Saturday ahead of their trip out west. The team also utilized two standard elevations for the game, calling up tight end Quintin Morris and receiver Austin Trammell from the practice squad to be available for today’s game.
The Jaguars have called up Morris to two other teams, meaning he cannot be elevated for the remainder of the season and must be placed on the team’s active roster if they’d like to utilize him. Trammell is being called up for the first time this season.
Jaguars linebacker Yasir Abdullah sustained a hamstring injury late in the week and did not make the trip.
Jacksonville’s biggest injury entering the game was to receiver Dyami Brown, who is nursing a shoulder injury sustained against the Houston Texans in Week 3. Brown practiced limited on Thursday and Friday after missing Wednesday’s practice. He entered this week as questionable to play and did travel.
Rookie lineman Wyatt Milum was ruled out ahead of the contest with a knee injury. He has not made his NFL debut yet, sustaining the injury during training camp.
