It's Kickoff Classic week, featuring Thursday and Friday high school football games

In the immortal words of Hank Williams Jr., “Are you ready for some football?”

In what feels like an eternity since Niceville concluded the 2024 campaign with a Final 4 loss at Lakeland, possibly because the offseason featured three head coaching changes and enough transfers to question who’s playing where, finally we have high school football. And not just one night of high school football, but a full slate with Choctaw, Crestview and Niceville and each hosting Thursday night and Fort Walton Beach, Navarre and South Walton each hosting Friday night as Baker, Freeport and Walton hit the road.
