Two candidates, including one incumbent, are seeking the Indian River County Commission District 4 seat.
Democrat Marc Jaffe is eyeing the seat of Republican incumbent Deryl Loar, who is running for reelection. They will face each other in the Nov. 3 General Election.
County commissioners are elected to four-year terms. Eligible voters countywide can cast ballots for County Commission, regardless of where they live, but candidates must live in the district they’re running to represent.
