Orientation kicks off August 11, with classes beginning next week.

Following last fall’s record-breaking enrollment, Florida Tech anticipates another milestone this year: projecting between 1,100 and 1,150 freshman and transfer students, marking a third consecutive year of growth.

President John Nicklow and First Lady Stacy Nicklow were on hand to welcome students and their families.

“From aerospace and bioengineering to advanced manufacturing, we offer programs across the cutting edge of STEM,” Nicklow said.

“These are the areas that will power the economies of tomorrow in Florida and beyond, and the brightest minds know hard work and focus at Florida Tech will empower them to play critical roles in shaping what is to come.”
