PANAMA CITY BEACH ― There was no shortage of seven-figure homes sold in Bay County during March.
Ranging from $2.7 million to $3.6 million, these are the top five most expensive Bay County homes that sold in March. Three are located in the Panama City Beach area, with the other two in the Panama City area. All boast pools and are either waterfront or within a short walk of a body of water.
The list was provided by the Central Panhandle Association of Realtors, a local organization that oversees about 2,000 real estate agents in Bay, Calhoun, Washington, Holmes and Jackson counties.
22343 Front Beach Road, Panama City Beach
Securing the top spot on the list is this 3,487-square-foot property that sold for its asking price of $3.6 million.
Built in 2019, it includes six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, three floors and a pool. It sits on the coast of the Gulf of Mexico.
“The first story … (has) a lot of accessible things that make it convenient for hanging out by the pool,” Kerri Tomasicyk, real estate sales adviser for Watersound Real Estate and listing agent for the property, said. “When you get up to the second story, that is where they have the main kitchen, some bedrooms, a large living room for hanging out and a very nice deck.
“When you go up to the third story, that’s what offers two Gulf front master, primary bedrooms.”
The buyers plan to use it as a vacation home and short-term rental.
4522 Bay Point Road, Panama City Beach
The No. 2 spot goes to this 6,561-square-foot property that sold for $3 million, which was $590,000 less than its asking price.

“The property is unique in nature, offering many areas throughout the home for entertainment and grand parties,” Hope Abbott-Turner, broker of Keller Williams Emerald Coast and listing agent for the property, wrote in a text. “It has an expansive concrete patio that surrounds the swimming pool, with an outside bar and grill on the same level.
“It (also) offers two master en-suites, one of the main floor and (another) on the second floor. (And), every bedroom has its own private bathroom, and there is a theater in the game room on the first floor.”
The buyers plan to use the home as their primary residence.
5948 Gulf Drive, Panama City
Third on the list is this 4,580-square-foot property that sold for $2.85 million, which was 50,000 less than its asking price.
Built in 2025, it includes six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, one half bathroom, three floors and a pool. It sits just one street away from the Gulf of Mexico in the Hadley’s Beach Community.
“The actual quality of construction was much higher than you normally see in Panama City Beach,” said Hilary Farnum-Fasth, owner and broker of Corcoran Reverie and listing agent for the property. “It was not built as a rental home. It was truly built as like a high-end beach home.”
The buyers plan to use it as a vacation home and short-term rental.
4200 Northshore Islands Road, Panama City
Coming in fourth is this 5,167-square-foot property that sold for $2.8 million, which was $195,000 less than its asking price.

“It was a completely custom built home,” said Carly Sostheim, partner at Corcoran Reverie and listing agent for the property. “This home was actually featured on HGTV’s Amazing Water Homes. It was on Jan. 1, 2025 that the home was featured.
“It looks like a more modern design that is a little ahead of its time.”
Sostheim was not sure how the buyers plan to use the property.
207 Village Way, Panama City Beach
Closing out the list of the top five most expensive Bay County homes sold in March is this 2,912-sqaure-foot property that sold for $2.7 million, which was $50,000 less than its asking price.
Built in 2001, it includes four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, one half bathroom, three floors. It sits on the coast of Lake Carillon in the Carillon Beach Neighborhood.
“The home is desirable because: A, it is in the center of Carillon; and B, the lakefront provides a measure of privacy that is rare in Carillon,” said Martin Sandel, real estate agent for Carillon Beach Real Estate and listing agent for the property. “You only get privacy, so to speak, if you have a Gulf front, a lake front or one of the few homes that back up to a nature preserve.”
The buyers plan to use the property as a vacation home.
