I encourage people to step outside their comfort zone and try something new.”

Glazer Hall previously announced the first eight acts of its inaugural season, with the schedule including the Amazing Acrobats of Shanghai Circus, R&B singer and Grammy Award winner Corinne Bailey Rae, Broadway star Matthew Morrison, Academy Award-winning actor Chazz Palminteri, the American Ballet Theatre, and the Preservation Hall Jazz Band.
The Amazing Acrobats of Shanghai Circus kick off the center’s inaugural season Jan. 22.
“There’s no better place to experience world-class entertainment right here in our community,” Stockel said.
Glazer Hall, which is under construction at the landmarked Royal Poinciana Playhouse site at 70 Royal Poinciana Plaza, is Palm Beach’s first new nonprofit arts organization in more than 60 years.
When complete, the 24,000-square-foot waterfront space will host year-round performing arts events, educational outreach, and community and social programming. It will include a fully configurable, 400-seat theater, state-of-the-art audiovisual system, a wall of windows overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, and exclusive private spaces.
Construction began in 2023.
“We are thrilled to see Glazer Hall come to life after six years of planning and dedication,” said Avie Glazer, who along with his wife, Jill, is funding and operating the venue. “Jill and I are honored to be part of Palm Beach’s vibrant and growing cultural arts community, and we deeply appreciate the community’s support.”
