The FSU Seminoles have one of the top 2027 recruiting classes in the country, but the work is far from done. They are still expanding their board, and on Friday, they offered a scholarship to Julian Caldwell, one of the top wide receivers in the country.
Caldwell announced the offer on X, saying, “After a great conversation with [Tim Harris Jr.] I am blessed to receive an offer from [FSU Football]! #NoleFamily.”
They are one of over 30 schools that have offered Caldwell a scholarship, who is from Argyle, Texas. The 6-foot, 170-pounder has never visited FSU’s campus.
Caldwell is ranked as the No. 55 player and No. 9 wide receiver in the 247Sports composite rankings. He is also the No. 11 player from Texas. He had a strong sophomore season for Argyle High School, helping them go 13-2. He caught 21 passes for 581 yards and seven touchdowns.
The Seminoles already have three players committed in their 2027 recruiting class. The group includes four-star athlete Kaneilius Purdy, who is expected to play wide receiver at FSU.
