Florida football lands commitment from 4-star safety for 2026 class

Florida football landed its fourth commitment of the 2026 class, getting a pledge from Milton High safety Kaiden Hall on June 3, per On3’s Hayes Fawcett.

Hall visited UF’s campus from over the weekend and chose the Florida Gators over offers from Tennessee, Texas A&M, USF and UCF. He’s listed as a three-star prospect by 247Sports.com and a four-star per 27Sports.com composite rankings.

Hall is the first defensive back to commit to UF’s 2026 class, a list that includes quarterback Will Griffin (four-star, Jesuit Prep, Tampa), defensive lineman Jamir Perez (three-star, Glenville High, Cleveland, Ohio) and inside offensive lineman G’Nivre Carr (three-star, IMG Academy, Bradenton).

Under fourth-year coach Billy Napier, Florida is looking to build off its recruiting momentum from a year ago, when it rallied late to put together a 2025 class that ranked seventh nationally, per 247Sports. Some of those players stood out as early enrollees in UF’s spring game, including five-star wide receiver Dallas Wilson, who had 10 catches for 195 yards and 2 TDs.

Here’s more information on Hall per Gannett Florida’s USA Today in-state recruiting database:

247Sports Composite: 4 star, No. 21 player in Florida, No. 12 safety in the country

Scouting report: Hall displays an incredible understanding of his position whichever it is on the field. He has arguably the best run support of any safety in the class, elite size that makes him a dangerous receiver. He’s very physical, and his explosiveness is a real plus.
