Florida softball takes on the Alabama Crimson Tide in the SEC Tournament semifinals on Friday evening at John Cropp Stadium in Lexington, Kentucky. If you want to watch the game, we have the TV channel and live stream info you need to know just below.
The third-seeded Gators earned the privilege of playing in the semis after outlasting the 14th-seeded Auburn Tigers early Thursday, 10-9, in a home run-fueled affair that went down to the final inning. Florida took two of three at home from ‘Bama this season, including a 12-4 run-rule game wedged between a 4-3 win and a 7-4 loss.
The second-seeded Crimson Tide made it to Friday’s game by virtue of a 7-1 victory over the seventh-seeded Arkansas Razorbacks on Thursday afternoon. They have won just two of the past eight meetings with the Orange and Blue, but will receive the home team designation for Friday’s matchup due to a higher seeding.
