Ella Langley Jacksonville concert crashes Ticketmaster, fans say

“Choosin’ Texas” singer Ella Langley is now choosing Jacksonville for her Florida stop on her upcoming “The Dandelion Tour.”

But some fans have taken to social media to express their frustrations and concerns after the Ticketmaster site seemingly crashed while trying to access presale tickets.

The Ella Langley Fan Club Presale tickets went on sale Thursday, June 25, and the general sale opens at 10 a.m. Friday, June 26.

The up-and-coming country singer will perform at Jacksonville’s VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena this fall, Saturday, Sept. 19. Kameron Marlowe and Laci Kaye Booth will open the 7 p.m. show.

Who is Ella Langley?

The 27-year-old “Choosin’ Texas” singer from Hope Hull, Alabama, cleaned up at last month’s Academy of Country Music Awards, winning Song of the Year, Single of the Year and Artist-Songwriter of the Year for “Leavin’ Texas” on May 17 at the ACM Awards show.

She also won an award for Musical Event of the Year for “Don’t Mind if I Do,” a duet with Riley Green. Last year, she won four ACM awards, including New Female Artist of the Year.

Her debut album, “Hungover,” released in 2024, followed by “Dandelion” earlier this year.

When is Ella Langley Jacksonville, Florida concert?

Langley will bring her Dandelions Tour to VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena at 7 p.m Saturday, Sept. 19.

Kameron Marlowe and Laci Kaye Booth are scheduled to open the show.

Is Ticketmaster down?

Some fans have taken to social media June 25 to express their frustrations and concerns after the Ticketmaster site seemingly crashed while trying to access presale tickets.

Others reported extremely long numbers in the queue.

“Not Ticketmaster going down right as presale for Ella Langley tickets begin,” a user named Country Chord posted to Facebook.

According to Downdetector.com, at 9:55 a.m. Ticketmaster problem reports peaked at 1,976, but were down to 61 by 11:10 a.m.

Another X user posted that they received a notification that the presale “has been paused temporarily.”

“All services are now running normally,” the Ticketmaster Fan Support account wrote in an update posted on X at 4:44 p.m. Thursday. “We are investigating an issue from earlier today that led to slower than usual queues. During this time, some queues were paused as we protected sales from heightened bot traffic.”

How much is parking at the VyStar Arena?

VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena is located at 300 A Philip Randolph Blvd in Jacksonville.

More than 5,400 on-site parking spots and additional overflow parking are available, according to VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena.

Parking ranges between $20-$50 for general parking for most ticketed events.

How many seats are in the VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena?

The Downtown Jacksonville arena sits around 15,000 people, according to the VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena Instagram account.
