Domi Station is celebrating more than 10 years with a “Raise a Pint for Domi” fundraiser.
For every $30 donation, Domi Station is giving residents a complimentary 4-pack of its Domi-branded beer called ‘Local Limelight.”
As of July 27, the fundraiser raised $750 for its $3,300 goal.
“Your donation helps Domi Station continue to build and strengthen the local entrepreneurial ecosystem,” Domi’s fundraising website said, adding donors must be 21 years old or older to receive the beer. “After donating, simply stop by Domi Station (914 Railroad Ave.) to receive your 4-pack.” The fundraising site said this limited release is “our way of saying thank you for supporting the entrepreneurs, creators, and small businesses who make our community thrive.”
Domi Station was Tallahassee first co-working incubator facility. It was founded in 2014 by a group of IT-savvy people who saw the need for a space where people with ideas and little money or know-how could come and learn from one another, figure out how to make their ideas work, and learn how to start a business, as previously reported. It provides networking connections and events, along with dedicated programs and resources for startups and entrepreneurs.
Some of Domi’s alumni companies include Madison Social, Divvy Up, Tech Nole, and One Fresh Pillow.
