While the Miami Dolphins were in the middle of stripping down their roster earlier this offseason, one of the biggest moves they made was releasing veteran wide receiver Tyreek Hill.
Hill was set to enter the final year of a three-year, $90 million extension, but after tearing his ACL last year, and with a new general manager and head coach leading things, Miami decided to cut bait.
While Hill is free to sign with another team, he’s focused on his rehab. In fact, this week the wide receiver released a training video on his YouTube page, his first upload in nine months.
Check it out:
Interestingly, Hill was asked if he would continue playing or move on to the next stage of his life. The video cut before Hill gave his answer, but as 32-year-old coming off a knee injury, he might not be the player he once was.
Still, Hill’s a competitor, so it would be surprising to see him retire this offseason.
