Bang’n Bagel Co., a New York‑style bagel shop, has opened in Jacksonville’s Intracoastal West area on Beach Boulevard, offering scratch-made bagels and house-made cream cheese spreads baked throughout the day. The shop produces its dough on site, then hand-rolls, boils and bakes bagels in small batches to achieve a soft interior and crispy exterior. Customers can choose from 15 bagel flavors, including staples like plain, everything and sesame, along with popular options such as Jalapeno Cheddar and Blueberry French Toast.
At least 14 homemade schmears, ranging from classics like scallion to specialty flavors such as Banana Pudding and Apple Pie. The menu also features made-to-order breakfast and lunch sandwiches, sides, coffee drinks and fresh orange juice.
Owned by restaurateurs Mark and Augie DeBiase and Andrew Maider, the shop at 13423 Beach Blvd., Unit 204, is open from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily.
