Since January, law enforcement agencies in Sarasota and Manatee counties have arrested at least nine current or former school employees on allegations of sexual misconduct involving children.
The arrests span both district and charter campuses, as two charter school employees were arrested in Sarasota and Manatee counties. Of the nine total school employees who were arrested, six were school employees in Manatee County. Here’s what we know about each incident.
