1 dead in Collier County traffic crash, FHP says

Florida Highway Patrol was responding June 19 to a reported traffic fatality in Collier County.

The crash was on State Road 29, about 1½ miles north of Interstate 75 or Alligator Alley in Collier, FHP said in a news release about 7:30 p.m.
