The construction of a new sidewalk will force the closure of a portion of Village Drive in Victorville.
Work on the east side of Village Drive between Tawney Ridge Lane and Puesta Del Sol Drive will happen from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily from Oct. 27 to Dec. 4.
During that time, one northbound lane will be closed on Village Drive, with warning signs and temporary traffic control devices in place.
Motorists are advised to slow down and drive with caution. Residents with questions can call the city at 760-243-6318.
