As the Golden State Warriors await a decision from LeBron James this summer, head coach Steve Kerr was caught on video by fans while in his car. Kerr rolled down his window to talk to fans, one of whom said, “We need LeBron.”
Jokingly optimistic, Kerr responded saying, “Oh, we got him.” While James has yet to make a decision, Golden State’s front office will have to hope that James’ connection with Stephen Curry, Draymond Green and Kerr will help convince him to play in the Bay Area. The trio of Kerr, Curry and James have a winning track record, most recently taking gold with Team USA at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
