It didn’t take long for the Seattle Seahawks to lose one of their most important pieces on offense. Less than 30 minutes into free agency, Kenneth Walker III agreed to a deal with the Kansas City Chiefs, leaving Seattle to team up with Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid.
Walker gave the Rams fits last season, rushing for 100 yards in Week 16, to go with 64 yards receiving. He also had 62 yards rushing and 49 yards receiving in the NFC title game against the Rams, so Los Angeles is likely happy to see him out of the division.
Walker was the Super Bowl MVP for the Seahawks in February but now heads to the AFC West to torment those defenses twice a year. And while the Rams won’t see him two times a season anymore, they will face him in 2026; the Chiefs are on Los Angeles’ schedule.
In his career, Walker has rushed for 482 yards against the Rams, his second-highest total against any team in the NFL.
