Spring’s roller coaster ride of weather continues as rain, cold temperatures and windy conditions are expected in the High Desert.
Beginning Monday through Wednesday, strong wind gusts between 30 and 50 mph are expected in places like Apple Valley, Hesperia, Lucerne Valley and Victorville, according to the National Weather Service.
There’s also a chance of light precipitation for Monday, Thursday and Friday, with rain mostly west and south of Wrightwood and Hesperia.
On Monday, high temperatures in the Victor Valley will remain in the 60s, with temperatures dropping into the 50s Tuesday through Thursday.

Barstow will begin the week in the 70s, then transition to temperatures in the 50s and 60s Tuesday through Friday.
On Monday and Tuesday, Big Bear Lake will have cloudy skies and high temperatures in the 40s, then dropping to the high 30s on Wednesday and Thursday.
