Blue-chip edge from Georgia to visit FSU next weekend

Four-star edge Tristian Givens is one of the top recruits in the entire 2026, and he remains uncommitted despite having over 30 offers. Tennessee is the school with the most buzz around him, but Florida State is also in the mix.

The Seminoles hosted Givens in January for their Junior Day event. The Columbus, Georgia product is planning another visit with the Seminoles next weekend, per Noles247.

Givens is the No. 60 overall recruit and the nation’s No. 6 edge per 247Sports composite rankings. The 6-foot-3, 215-pounder is also the No. 7 prospect in Georgia.

The relationship between Givens and FSU goes back beyond this year. He first came to Tallahassee in November of 2023 when he attended the game against North Alabama. He took another visit in April of 2024 and left with a scholarship offer.

Givens got eyes put on him as a sophomore when he racked up 20 tackles, five tackles for loss, and 10 sacks. He also caught 13 passes for 276 yards and a touchdown that season.

The Volunteers are favored to land Givens. So, the Seminoles need to make up some ground when the weekend visit comes.
