La Quinta, Indio restaurants fail health inspections

Several Coachella Valley restaurants failed their health inspections over the past week. See which ones were downgraded, and which passed, with inspectors finding they met sanitation standards.

Here are the restaurants that were inspected in the Coachella Valley March 13 through March 19:

Failed (‘B’ and ‘C’ grades)

Da Chef Noodle, 40100 Washington St., Ste 141, Bermuda Dunes

Palm Tree Palace, 79660 Highway 111, Ste. 103, La Quinta

Tack Room Tavern, 81800 51st Ave., Indio (complaint investigation)

Passed (‘A’ grades)

An “A” grade, or a score of 90 to 100 points, means a restaurant passed an inspection and met minimum health standards.
