Seth Curry had an interesting season for the Warriors, as the brother of Stephen Curry was waived before the season began only to sign a standard deal with the team at the end of November. Following his return, Curry dealt with a lower back injury that caused him to miss near 40 games.
As a result, the former Duke guard only made 10 appearances for the Warriors, averaging 13.3 minutes per game. In those 10 contests, Curry performed as advertised, shooting with tremendous efficiency from 3-point range and from the free-throw line. Curry averaged 7.1 points, 1.2 rebounds and one assist while shooting 49% from the field, 48% from 3-point range and 91.7% from the free-throw line. Although the Warriors certainly envisioned more for Curry throughout the 2025-26 season, he can’t necessarily be blamed for missing the first two months after being waived and then missing more time afterward due to injury.
