49ers PFF grades: Best and worst grades from Week 15 win vs. Titans

The San Francisco 49ers were back after a week off on Sunday, as they hosted the Tennessee Titans at Levi’s Stadium and earned a 37-24 victory to make it four wins in a row.

Despite winning by double digits, San Francisco didn’t have their best game. There were plenty of opportunities that they failed to capitalize on, which should give Kyle Shanahan a lot to work with in the team’s dissection.
