49ers offensive captain exits early vs. Browns after suffering injury

The San Francisco 49ers may be beating the Cleveland Browns 23-8 in their Week 13 interconference meeting at Huntington Stadium on Sunday, but they’ve been taking a beating.

After losing linebacker Nick Martin and left guard Ben Bartch to injuries in the first three quarters, 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk exited the game and went back to the locker room early in the fourth.

The team announced that Juszczyk is questionable to return with a rib injury.

San Francisco doesn’t have another fullback on the roster, but they could use tight ends Luke Farrell and Jake Tonges in the role if needed.
