Through three rounds, the Los Angeles Rams have made three selections in the 2026 NFL Draft. All of them have been on the offense, taking a quarterback, tight end and offensive tackle in that order.
Surprisingly, they have yet to make a single trade up or down the board, keeping all seven of the picks they entered the draft with. As such, they hold four remaining selections on Day 3 of the draft, none coming in the fourth or fifth rounds due to the Trent McDuffie trade.
The Rams have a long wait until they make their first selection on Saturday, barring a trade up from their top spot at No. 207. Below is the complete order of their picks on Day 3.
Rams 2026 draft pick order
The Rams will see most of the top remaining prospects come off the board before their name is called in the sixth round, so they most likely won’t have a shot at the best players who are still out there. Things will then go rapid fire in the sixth and seventh rounds, with all four of their remaining picks coming in a 45-pick span.
