From Theo Von to Lil Jon, see Stagecoach 2026 surprises so far

Like Coachella, Stagecoach typically includes its share of special guests — however, Stagecoach acts are known for utilizing other artists who are already on the festival grounds, whereas Coachella is known for pulling out guests that are more surprising.

Nonetheless, the anticipation of who could be jumping on stage is part of what makes these music festivals so much fun.

That said, here is the complete rundown of the special guests we saw at Stagecoach 2026.

Boyz II Men sing with Cody Johnson

In one of the more surprising Stagecoach moments on Friday, headliner Cody Johnson brought out iconic Philadelphia vocal harmony group Boyz II Men for a performance that had the whole audience swaying.

I should have seen it coming, however, because after a quick google search, I realized he announced a reimagined version of their song “On Bended Knee” a few weeks ago on social media.

Flavor Flav and Chuck D perform with Hootie & The Blowfish

The South Carolina band Hootie & The Blowfish, led by frontman/country solo artist Darius Rucker, rocked the Mustang Stage Sunday evening, but never was it more rocking than when they brought out rappers and Public Enemy members Chuck D and Flava Flav to perform “He Got Game” and their all-time iconic anthem “Fight the Power.”

Billy Ray and Braison Cyrus perform with Noah Cyrus

It was a family affair during Noah Cyrus’ Stagecoach set as she welcomed not one, but TWO talented relatives. She first welcomed her brother, Braison Cyrus, to join her on the guitar for “Don’t Put It All On Me.”

Later on, her famous father, Billy Ray Cyrus, hit the stage and the crowd inside the Toyota Music Den went crazy. The two of them sang their latest song, “On Our Way Along,” together, with Braison on guitar again.

Theo Von guest stars during Ella Langley set

So far, Stagecoach has had one comedian as a special guest — and honestly, his singing was pretty good.

Instead of fellow Stagecoach 2026 artist Riley Green coming out to sing his part of Ella Langley’s “You Look Like You Love Me,” Langley invited comedian/social media personality Theo Von to sing it, and he quickly seemed to charm the whole audience (though it’s possible some of them were drunk enough to mistake him for Green, now that I think about it).

David Lee Roth sings with Teddy Swims

Roth, the iconic Van Halen lead singer, joined Swims onstage again, after appearing with him at Coachella during the previous two weekends. Just as they did at Coachella, the two sang the Van Halen hit “Jump” on the Mane Stage as the sea of thousands sang along.

Roth, 71, revealed during Coachella that he had recently sold his music publishing catalogue. Roth is credited for writing lyrics for Van Halen’s first six albums.

Lil Jon performs with Pitbull

To close the night at the Mustang Stage, Pitbull had the place rocking, including when he brough out rapper Lil Jon to nail their hit collab “Damn I Love Miami.” Lil Jon offered up some of his patented “Yay-ahs” to the delight of the crowd.

Avery Anna gets onstage with Sam Barber

This is the special guest we not only predicted, but had confirmed by the guest herself when we interviewed her about an hour before the set started. Rising country artist Anna is perhaps best known for her collab “Indigo” with close friend and creative partner Sam Barber, so it was only natural that she came out (a few hours after her own Stagecoach set) to sing it with Barber during his set in the Palomino.

Riley Green and Little Big Town perform with Lainey Wilson

Saturday headliner Lainey Wilson did her country compadre a solid when she let Riley Green, whose set was eliminated due to the evacuation, to join her on stage to sing his song “I Wish Grandpas Never Died.” The band Little Big Town, who performed earlier in the afternoon before the wind drama, also came out to sing with Wilson and Green during the friendly impromptu jam session.

Remi Wolf sings with Amos Lee

Early in Amos Lee’s Stagecoach set, he alienated some of the crowd when he announced he would perform a cover of the indie-rock band Ween’s explicit song “Piss Up A Rope.” As he began singing the lyrics, many people joined in, laughing and singing along. A few parents with small children, however, chose to leave the performance.

In a more unifying moment, Lee brought out Palo Alto-born singer Remi Wolf as a special guest to perform his song “Windows Are Rolled Down” and a portion of Rage Against the Machine’s “Killing In The Name.”

Stella Lefty appears with Cameron Whitcomb

This pair of 23-year-olds sang “All Your’n,” a Tyler Childers song, during Cameron Whitcomb’s electric set Sunday in the Palomino tent. The covered pavilion was completely packed, with several thousand fans in attendance.

Whitcomb played 10 songs and Stella Lefty, a Los Angeles-based singer/songwriter, appeared for the eighth song. The duet was a nice touch to a very entertaining set.

Speaking of Lefty, she also came out as a special guest during Wyatt Flores’ packed set in the Palomino, and the duo performed her song “I Like It When You’re Nice To Me.”
