2026 Pro Bowl Games: How to watch Puka Nacua, Rams stars tonight

The 2026 Pro Bowl Games are taking place tonight in San Francisco as some of the top players from the AFC and NFC will square off in various skills challenges and a flag football game. The Los Angeles Rams had four players selected to the Pro Bowl this year but after Matthew Stafford dropped out, only three will participate: Puka Nacua, Byron Young and Jared Verse.

The 2026 Pro Bowl Games will be broadcast on ESPN and DisneyXD, as well as ESPN Deportes. It will be available to stream on ESPN+ or in the ESPN app.

Coverage of the Pro Bowl Games begins at 6:30 p.m. ET with ESPN’s “Postseason NFL Countdown,” followed by the “Progressive Pro Bowl Kickoff” at 8 p.m. ET. The games begin 15 minutes later at 8:15 p.m. ET on ESPN.

2026 Pro Bowl Games format

The AFC and NFC will square off in various skills challenges, including passing accuracy, a long drive contest and a relay race of some sort. The main event is the 7-on-7 flag football game, which is played on a 50-yard field with two 20-minute halves.
