With St. Patrick’s Day around the corner, a lot of folks have tender, savory corned beef sandwiches on the mind.

Wayne County
Lou’s Deli: Home of a one-pound corned beef sandwich on an onion roll, Lou’s serves deli sandwiches in more manageable sizes, too, with three, six, nine or 12 ounces of sliced corned beef, roast beef, pastrami, turkey or ham. Bode’s Corned Beef House: Originally opened in 1959, this historic destination reopened recently under new ownership.
