A band of sometimes heavy snow moved across mid-Michigan Saturday night, dropping more than 2 inches of snow in the Lansing area.
Snowfall totals in Greater Lansing generally totaled between 1.5 and 2.5 inches. Some areas in Michigan where snow fell — from about Muskegon southeast toward Detroit — received more than 3 inches.
Sunday, March 1, will be cold and sunny. Dry, sunny conditions will continue into Monday, the National Weather Service said, but rain is in the forecast on Tuesday as warmer weather moves in.
