The event begins at 6:30 p.m. with 21 three-round bouts on the card in the parking lot outside FITIN 24, 91 Douglas Ave.

There will be a DJ and food trucks on site for the twilight event that is sanctioned by USA Boxing.

Tickets are $20 for adults, $10 with a student ID, sold at the door. Five and younger are free. If it rains, there will be a tent cover over the ring and seats.

Victor Napoles and Emily Martinez from Eli J Boxing are slated to fight, as is Michael Guzman from Grand Rapids and he is the next big thing, coach Eli Paquette said.

“We have all ranges of ages fighting (starting at 12) and we have the best fight card in all of West Michigan. We have Golden Gloves winners fighting and national champions fighting. Every fight should be 50-50,” Paquette said. “We have a lot of great sponsors and hosting an event like this helps us a ton because everything costs money. It costs money for equipment, travel, you name it. We want to have a solid base. We are here to raise some funds and put on a show for the community.”
