Livingston County remains under high wind warning until 9 p.m.

Livingston County remains under a high wind warning until 9 p.m. Dec. 29, with possible gusts up to 60 miles per hour, made worse by snow and blowing snow.

“Damaging winds will blow down tree limbs and power lines,” the warning reads. “Scattered power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high-profile vehicles.”

Power outages in Livingston County

As of 11:50 a.m. Dec. 29, more than 111,000 electric customers in Michigan are without power, including 330 in Livingston County.
