In the Special Report, we look at Port Huron City Manager James Freed’s Tainter Gate debacle and the contention he has created between Ft. Gratiot and Port Huron Townships. The Black River Canal is not going to be open again for another summer. According to Freed, it may never be opened unless these Townships money up $1 million dollars!
