Airbus says Canada head Benoit Schultz will become chief procurement officer from October 1

MONTREAL (Reuters) -Airbus on Friday named the head of its Canada operation, which oversees the A220 jet, to run its global supply chain.

Benoit Schultz will become chief procurement officer from Oct 1, the planemaker said in a LinkedIn post. Reuters reported earlier this month that supply chief Juergen Westermeier had been appointed to run the group’s operations in India.
