The Miami Dolphins had their first day off on Saturday since they started training camp, allowing players the opportunity to rest and recover before they reconvened on Sunday at their Baptist Health Training Complex to start another three days.
On Sunday, it was Miami’s offense that won the day, and it was clear that the coaches believed what they were seeing when they made the defense do push-ups to end the team’s first session with fans in attendance.
While not everyone can be there in person, the team, reporters and some fans who were there shared some of the top highlights from Sunday’s practice session.
