In the special report, we will continue our investigation on the Community Services Collaborative Body or the CSCB and in particular, the City of Port Huron and Port Huron City Manager James Freed. The City of Port Huron received approximately $800,000 in federal grant money for a rental assistance program.  No other municipality in St. Clair County received these monies.
