The Browns announced on June 29 they will have nine training camp practices open to the general public. That’ll be nine opportunities for fans to not just see the usual favorites ― typically the quarterbacks ― but also some potential rising talent.
One thing the Browns definitely need is to find a number of players who fall into that “rising talent” category. That’s the only way this latest attempt to build a contender is a success.
