The Cincinnati Bengals have one of the best sets of weapons around a quarterback in the NFL.
Some would argue Joe Burrow has the best. Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins are perhaps the only pair of No. 1 wideouts on one team.
But the falloff after those two names is pretty steep. There’s no reliable third wideout. Running back Chase Brown hasn’t really received a major workhorse load. Tight end is a mix of slot receivers and blockers.
This explains why ESPN’s Bill Barnwell ranks the Bengals’ cast of weapons third overall behind the Los Angeles Rams and Detroit Lions.
But Barnwell also cautions that one name could lift the Bengals to the top spot: Erick All.
“After those three, well, good luck,” Barnwell wrote. “Andrei Iosivas has been one of the least efficient receivers in the league, even when one of the players ahead of him has been absent. Tight end Mike Gesicki wasn’t able to build on his resurgent 2024 campaign. Erick All Jr. quietly impressed early in his rookie season before missing the second half of 2024 and all of 2025 with a serious knee injury. Could the 25-year-old tight end be the player the Bengals need to make it to No. 1 on this list?”
All, a fourth-round pick in 2024, arrived with big hype as a value who fell due to injury. He helped the Bengals offense become far more dynamic as a rookie over nine games, then suffered an injury that ended his season and cost him 2025 after complications.
If All can shake free of the injury bug, he’s a dynamic weapon for Burrow to utilize all over formations. And he’s the type of third option that would indeed help push the group up rankings like this.
In time, perhaps rookie wideout Colbie Young can be that, too. But right now, there’s a pretty big spotlight on whether All can get back and make an impact.
