Little Chute man charged with stealing over $70k from ward's 401k

A Little Chute man was charged June 25 with three felonies after prosecutors say he, as the legal guardian of a person with a cognitive disability, took out more than $94,000 in loans in the person’s name and fraudulently withdrew over $70,000 from the person’s 401k.
