While the FHSAA winter athletic calendar is well under way, TCPalm is recognizing the area’s top fall athletes with our All-Area teams.
Our reveal will begin with the final week of 2025 and go into the first week of 2026. Consider it a belated Christmas gift.

So far, we’ve celebrated the area’s finest golfers, volleyball players, swimmers and bowlers. Now it’s time to take a look at the girls cross country runners on the Treasure Coast.
The final selections were made by the TCPalm sports staff. Without further ado, here’s a look at the winners and teams.
Runner of the Year
Emerson Brinn, Sr., South Fork
Finished 17th at the Class 3A state championships (19:17.0); third at Region 4-3A meet (18:39.1); fifth at District 7-3A meet (19:00.8); Set personal-record at New World Fall Spectacular (18:16.0), Won three meets.
Coach of the Year
Kyle Gorton, South Fork
Make it three consecutive Coach of the Year honors for Gorton as the head coach orchestrated the area’s best teams. With four girls earning top-100 finishes, the Bulldogs claimed 10th at the Class 3A state championships. Before that, the team took home third at the Region 4-3A meet and were the runner-up in District 7-3A. South Fork also earned team victories at the Indian River Fairgrounds Invite and the Jensen Beach Invite.
First Team
Annabel DeTure, Jr., Jensen Beach
Competed (DNF) at the Class 3A state championships; Ninth at Region 4-3A meet (19:32.2); Sixth with personal-record time at District 7-3A meet (19:04.4).
Emma Ensor, Jr., South Fork
Finished 77th at the Class 3A state championships (20:46.0); Seventh with personal-record time at Region 4-3A meet (20:06.5); 12th at District 7-3A meet (20:17.1).
Madelyn Fischer, So., Jensen Beach
Finished 29th at the Class 3A state championships (19:38.1); Eighth at Region 4-3A meet (19:21.0); Fourth with personal-record time at District 7-3A meet (18:56.8).
Avi Johnson, Jr., Vero Beach
Finished 42nd at Region 2-4A meet (20:48.5); 11th at District 4-4A meet (20:49.5); Set personal-record at New World Fall Spectacular (20:36.0).
Andi Laird, Fr., South Fork
Finished 100th at the Class 3A state championships (21:15.1); 20th at Region 4-3A meet (20:11.7); 14th at District 7-3A meet (20:28.8).
Jacquelyn Perrin, So., St. Edward’s
Finished ninth at the Class 1A state championships (19:33.0); Champion while setting personal-record time at Region 4-1A meet (18:58.6); Champion at District 7-1A meet (19:09.3); Won three meets.
Ada Robinson, Jr., South Fork
Finished 57th at the Class 3A state championships (20:12.6); Seventh at Region 4-3A meet (19:12.1); Seventh at District 7-3A meet (19:26.9); Set personal-record time at FSU Pre-State (19:06.9).
