Buffalo Bills head coach Joe Brady is happy to be in the position he is in as a first team bench boss in the NFL.
However, to get to that point in Buffalo, Brady had to watch his former person boss in Sean McDermott. Brady was the team’s offensive coordinator on McDermott’s staff before being promoted.
Despite the advancement of his own career, Brady recently revealed it was a roller coaster for him after McDermott was let go.
“I was broken. I was broken for a guy that I worked for,” Brady said. “There was a lot of emotion going on.”
