The sophomore announced on social media that he won’t be returning to Richwoods for his junior season in 2026-27. He’s heading to Sequoia Pathfinder Academy in Buckeye, Arizona.

Moore, a 6-foot-3 guard, averaged 15.7 points and 7.1 rebounds for the Knights, who went 27-8 overall last season on their way to a Class 4A Elite Eight appearance. He earned all-Big 12 Conference first-team honors, Journal Star Large-School All-Area honorable mention and Illinois Basketball Coaches Association all-state honorable mention.

This is the second returning starter Richwoods will lose with Amarion Smith-Holley, the reigning Journal Star Large-School Boys Basketball Player of the Year, heading to Link Academy in Branson, Missouri next season.
