The $2.9 million mansion at 184 Cactus Pointe is a so-called “trophy estate,” a term often used to describe a high-end home with standout features, prestige and exclusivity. The nearly 6,500-square-foot home tops Zillow’s El Paso listings with a price tag approaching $3 million.

The property encompasses architectural elegance, elevated living, and world-class views, according to its listing.

“Showcasing unobstructed 180-degree panoramic views spanning two countries and two states, this extraordinary residence defines luxury at its highest level. Where two countries meet, your legacy begins,” the listing states.

In addition to stunning views and a resort-style backyard with a pool and jacuzzi, the estate also features four en-suite bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a private elevator, a steam room, a fully equipped gym, and a custom craft room.

There’s also an RV garage, complete with two professional-grade car lifts.
