Happy Friday, Fever fans!
The Indiana Fever bounced back with a win over the Atlanta Dream on Thursday night, improving to 5-4 overall and 1-0 in Commissioner’s Cup play with a complete defensive performance.
It was a much-needed victory for the Fever, who were sitting on a dismal loss to Portland for four days. It also came after a disagreement between Caitlin Clark and Stephanie White went viral, prompting takes that both of them had to quickly debunk. This win over Atlanta was a game, Clark said, she hopes “makes a lot of people be quiet … the sky isn’t falling.”
Now, Indiana heads into a two-game road trip against New York and Washington.
