There were 47 varsity sports teams in Livingston County this spring, but only 10 remain as the 2025-26 sports year winds down.
Some sports concluded last weekend. In some cases, teams were dropped along the way in state tournaments that are still in progress.
Hartland had the most teams in Livingston County make it to this week with four, followed by Brighton and Howell with two each. Fowlerville and Pinckney each have one.
Here are the schedules for the Livingston County teams still participating in Michigan High School Athletic Association tournaments:
Baseball
Division 1 regionals
Wednesday, June 3
Howell vs. Dexter, 4:30 p.m. at Hartland
Monroe vs. Livonia Franklin, 4:30 p.m. at Saline
(Winners will meet in regional championship game at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, June 6 at Northville. Regional champion will face Northville, Detroit Catholic Central, DeWitt or Mason in state quarterfinal at 3 p.m. Saturday, June 6 at Northville.)
Division 2 regionals
Wednesday, June 3
Pinckney vs. Williamston at Chelsea, 4:30 p.m.
Hazel Park at Trenton, 4 p.m.
(Winners will meet in regional championship game at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 6 at Eastern Michigan University. Regional champion will face Tecumseh, New Boston Huron, Dearborn Divine Child or Grosse Ponte North in state quarterfinal at 3 p.m. Saturday, June 6 at EMU.)
