The crash occurred just before 3:30 a.m. June 3, according to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. Reponse to the crash closed all northound lanes of I-41/U.S. 45 from Silver Spring Drive to Appleton Avenue.

The lanes did not reopen until 12:11 p.m.

The Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office was not immediately available to provide information on what led to the crash or if any injuries were reported.

Chris Verhyen, a communications manager for the Wisconsin DOT, said the semi was the only vehicle involved in the incident.
