Kyle Busch's car unloaded at Charlotte as rain and tears flow

In a somber scene soaked with sadness, Kyle Busch’s race car, albeit with a new number, was unloaded from the team hauler this morning at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Whether substitute driver Austin Hill, with the No. 33 adorning the Chevrolet instead of Kyle’s No. 8, will get chance to qualify for Sunday’s race is literally up in the air — drizzling rain and heavy clouds, fitting for the overall track vibe, look like they’ll be around for a while.
