The Jacksonville Humane Society and the city-run Animal Care and Protection Services will have reduced option fees through Sunday, May 17, as part of the Bissell Pet Foundation’s Empty the Shelters event. Bissell will sponsor reduced adoption fees of $70 or less for cats and dogs.
