A man died after driving off the road and striking a tree in Deer Park.
A 44-year-old man, whose name has not been released by deputies, was traveling north on Plainfield Road shortly before 1 p.m. May 11, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.
The man, driving a 2017 Chevy Equinox, traveled off the roadway and struck a tree near the intersection of Plainfield Road and Deer Park Avenue, the sheriff’s office said.
Deer Park-Silverton Fire/EMS personnel declared the man dead at the scene of the crash.
Additional information about what led up to the crash was not released by the sheriff’s office.
