The Buffalo Bills traded, waited and still landed three of ESPN’s favorite picks in the NFL Draft.
ESPN draft analyst Matt Miller ranked the 100 best picks of the 2026 NFL Draft, factoring in talent, value, team fit, need and trade cost.
The Bills had three selections make the list: UConn wide receiver Skyler Bell, Clemson edge rusher T.J. Parker and TCU linebacker Kaleb Elarms-Orr.
Which Bills picks made ESPN’s top 100?
Skyler Bell, WR, UConn: No. 64
Bell was Buffalo’s highest-ranked pick on ESPN’s list.
The Bills selected Bell in the fourth round with the No. 125 overall pick. He was a consensus All-American at UConn after setting school records with 101 receptions and 13 touchdown catches in 2025.
Miller described Bell as a smooth yards-after-catch player who can make an impact from the slot. He also noted that receiver remained a need for Buffalo even after the Bills traded for D.J. Moore.
T.J. Parker, Edge, Clemson: No. 65
Parker came in one spot behind Bell.
The Bills selected Parker with the No. 35 overall pick after trading out of the first round. Miller noted that Buffalo could have taken Parker at its original pick, No. 26, but instead traded down, added draft capital and still landed one of the top edge rushers in the class.
Parker gives Buffalo a physical pass-rushing option after the Bills lost Joey Bosa and A.J. Epenesa in free agency.
Kaleb Elarms-Orr, LB, TCU: No. 77
Elarms-Orr was the third Bills pick on ESPN’s list.
Buffalo selected the TCU linebacker with the No. 126 overall pick, one spot after taking Bell. Elarms-Orr was a first-team All-Big 12 selection in 2025 after recording 130 tackles.
Miller pointed to Elarms-Orr’s 4.47-second speed and coverage ability, writing that it would not be surprising if he worked his way into the lineup early as a nickel linebacker.
